Do you ship worldwide?
✅ Yes! We proudly ship our products worldwide.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our international warehouses, including our main fulfillment center in Hong Kong, to ensure efficient global delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, you can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this period, your order will already be in processing and cannot be modified — but you can return it once received for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including:
💳 VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Ideal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse between Monday and Friday.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. During busy periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take a little longer.
Orders are shipped the next working day after processing.
📦 Please note: We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to international shipping and high demand, delivery usually takes between 2–4 weeks, depending on your location in the Netherlands or elsewhere.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Simply contact us at support@ciaoss.com, and we’ll assist you right away.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, meaning import duties or taxes may apply once your package arrives in your country (including the Netherlands or EU).
Any customs or import charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

How do I return an item?

What if my item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective?
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately at support@ciaoss.com.
Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Once we receive your return or cancellation request, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
If you paid by card, please allow extra time for your bank to post the refund to your account.
If you haven’t seen the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer, as posting times may vary.
